Assuming that you are visiting Bad Windsheim you have to reserve at Arvena Reichsstadt Hotel. The hotel looks like is recently renovated and the guest rooms are very clean. And a spectacular atmosphere.

Stayed for 5 nights with my wife. Beds were being cozy and the room was normally clean. The employees have been really useful and pleasant and always took care to make us feel good. Rooms are large and also the closet. The bathroom have been clean and also the shower was good. Not a very social hotel at least all along our stay.
